In memoriam of the beloved but now deceased Blacklist Lippy label we teamed up with iGirl to create the Blacklist Halter Top. It's a halter top with a swivel clip in the front that hooks to the choker.  You don't have to pair this with the matching skirt but it sure would be cute if you did.  Super stretchy Gangsta Pranksta bengaline fabric!
