If you choose to pay for the Checkout + option at checkout you will be eligible for up to 2 free exchanges on the items you purchased, meaning you will not have to pay for shipping!  A shipping label will be provided to you.  You must go to our return portal to initiate your exchange. https://lipservice.loopreturns.com/#/

Shipping 
If you do not opt for Checkout + You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging or returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will also be responsible for the cost of shipping the new item to you for an exchange.
