It’s definitely very stretchy and is a little too big at the shoulder area so I would recommend downsizing like they say.

I usually wear a large in dresses based off their sizing chart, there was a note to size down so I got a medium, medium fit the hips but is super big on waist and under armpits. Still love it though just make sure you think carefully about sizing.
