Lacing is shipped at about 3-5 inches so you can adjust a lot, up or down 2 inches or more.

I'm inbetween a small and an extra-small but I ended up getting the XS and it fit really well. I recommend sizing down if you're unsure because the lacing at the back makes it very adjustable.
The only thing I will note is that there is no boning in the top, however the the PVC itself is pretty structured so it's not a big issue for me.
