I typically wear a size small but decided to go with a Medium for that long sleeve over-sized fit; my partner can wear it, too. It is a really comfortable wear, has very minor weight to it, which I like for security purposes and keeps me very warm. The detachable strips are cool, easy to wash and very stylish.
