FREE SHIPPING POLICIES
- Free Shipping within the USA on orders of $150 or more
- Free international shipping on orders of $250 or more of regular-priced items
- 50% OFF international shipping for orders of $250 or more that include any closeout/sale items
Please note: Most of our communication is done by email, so please make sure that the email address you use is current.
HOW WE SHIP OUR ORDERS
All domestic web orders will be shipped via UPS Ground with signature required for delivery (unless it is shipping to a PO Box, Military address, Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, which will be shipped by USPS). If you will not be available to sign for the package, please contact Customer Service before the package ships, to have that option waived. Otherwise, you are responsible for contacting the carrier as soon as possible when a delivery attempt has been made to arrange an alternate delivery or a pickup at the carrier's facility. Please note: if the package is already in transit, you will not be allowed to change the address, but can submit an address change through Customer Service.
Orders ship as follows:
RUSH ORDERS generally ship within 1-2 business days from the time of order and receive priority in processing, notification and shipping. Please note that Rush service is only available for orders within the United States. UPS Blue 2-Day is used for street addresses.
NORMAL ORDERS generally ship within 2-4 business days from the time of order and are sent via UPS Ground service for US street addresses or USPS for US orders to PO Boxes, Military addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
Please note that, during peak seasons, we may experience some delays, which may affect overall processing and delivery times. To check the current status of your order, as well as tracking information, please visit the TRACK YOUR ORDER page.
If you cancel your order once shipped, or if refused, you will be refunded for the cost of merchandise only and will incur any fees charged to us by the carrier to return the package to us. If you wish for the package to be re-sent, you will be charged again for shipping costs.

A NOTE ABOUT RUSH ORDERS
Please be aware that, though you may want or need something to ship the same day you order it, this may not be possible. We need time to process your order and prepare it to ship. We will do our best to process same-day requests we receive via phone before 12pm PST but cannot guarantee same-day shipping will be available in all cases.
TRACKING AN ORDER
All orders placed on our website can be tracked online! Just click the TRACK YOUR ORDER link, located at the top of every page on our website, to log in and check on your pending order. On this page you can see the progress of your order, get tracking details and other information.
Once shipped, you will receive an automated email notification with your tracking information. Please note that tracking numbers will only be available once your order has successfully shipped.
If you placed your order by phone without creating a login account or your order does not show up on your Order Status page, please contact us via email through our Contact page or call our customer service representatives at 866-DO-LIPPY (365-4779) ext. 241 or 207 (toll-free in the U.S. and Canada only!). NOTICE TO OUR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
When ordering from Lip ServiceŽ, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving goods. We cannot and will not mark packages as gift, sample or anything other than merchandise on the applicable customs forms nor will we reduce the value of said package to lessen the taxes and duties levied against the recipient. No exceptions will be made to this policy!
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country and there is no way to predict what they may be. All charges for customs clearance must be borne by you as we have no control over them nor are we able to reimburse you. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local customs office for further information before ordering from our website.

We now offer options when choosing an International carrier: UPS International Expedited, USPS International Express or USPS International Priority. Please read carefully the differences between each option before choosing. Please contact Customer Service or the specific international carrier for additional information.
UPS International Expedited – Guaranteed 3-5 days to your country (and often to your door) and excellent tracking from time of departure through delivery. You will be responsible for all customs duties, taxes and fees, as well as potential surcharges by UPS that can include C.O.D charges, brokerage fees or additional carrier charges. The total landing cost can average 15-70% of the total cost of your order. You are responsible for these additional carrier fees, even if your order shipped with Free Shipping.
Packages are secured with signature required for delivery.
USPS International Express – Approximately 3-14 days delivery to your country’s border and available tracking from time of departure through delivery. You will be responsible for all customs duties, taxes and fees, but will not incur additional carrier charges.
USPS International Priority – An average of 2-8 weeks to your International location. Tracking is severely limited once it leaves the United States. You will be responsible for all customs duties, taxes and fees, but will not incur additional carrier charges.

All International orders eligible for Free Shipping will be shipped by USPS Priority.
PRESALE ORDER SHIPPING - PARTIAL VS. FULL
Presale Partial Shipment Orders are handled a little bit differently, so please read this section before you choose that option.
First, you will not receive one order confirmation, but instead a separate one for each STYLEGROUP you order from, whether you order one or 10 items per group. We do this because items in stylegroups tend to be ready to ship at the same time. This also gives you a better idea of which items are likely to be shipping together and a better estimation of costs (including shipping each time).
These separate stylegroup confirmations will each have its own unique Order # and will include an estimated delivery date to our warehouse and the total cost, including estimated shipping. The shipping is just an estimate. If more than one stylegroup arrives at (or close to) the same time, we will totally combine shipping to save you money! Or, if one item arrives before the others in any particular group, we’ll ship that out alone or add it to other items that have come in from other groups. Again, it varies, but we think that breaking Preorders into stylegroups is a better alternative than listing all items together and inaccurately giving you a total based on shipping the whole order at once. These new totals are closer to actual costs.
A WORD ABOUT PARTIAL SHIPMENTS AND FREE SHIPPING
Because you are choosing to ship items separately, as they arrive, this could exclude you from receiving Free Shipping,
as each individual shipment would have to meet the minimum to qualify. If you want to ensure Free Shipping, please choose Ship as Whole Order.
