SIZES
Although we try to be as consistent as possible when sizing our garments, actual sizing may vary from group to group, fabric to fabric, and season to season. We may decide a particular fetish item looks better tight and corseted, so plan it to run a bit small, or a particular pair of guys' pants looks better a bit baggy, so adjust its cut for that look. Items made of fabrics with stretch (poplin, lycra, spandex, vinyl, to name a few) may be cut on the small side since they have more give when worn.
Whatever the case, because of the ever-changing nature of fashion, and the fact that we have literally hundreds of styles on our website at any given time, it is impossible to provide specific sizing information for each style. Our size chart, which is linked from every style's details and at the top of every page of our website, is as accurate as possible based on the average sizing specifications of our clothing and meant only as a guideline. Please find the category you best fit using the available measurements, which do not correspond to the garments but the person wearing them, and order accordingly. If you are still stumped about what to buy or how our sizing works, you can always email us and we will do all we can to help you decide the right fit for you.

SITE INVENTORY AND THE PRODUCTS WE CARRY
Most of our styles are seasonal and, therefore, only produced to be available for a particular time-frame, generally 3-4 months. Once an item has run its course and inventory has been depleted (sold out), we will remove it from the website if additional production is not planned. There's always a slight chance a popular style may be made again, but your safest bet is to assume it will not. If you have specific questions about a particular style's availability, please contact us.
Our website accesses our inventory database to determine whether a style is available. Though we attempt to keep our inventory counts as accurate as possible, there may sometimes be errors, which would cause you to be able to purchase items not in physical stock. This can be caused by a miscount or two orders for the same style/color/size combination being received simultaneously. If the item you ordered is not available to ship, we will contact you as quickly as possible to either reselect or to advise regarding refund or store credit information (also available on your Order Tracking page).
If, for some reason, we are sold out of a style in the particular size and color you want, you may be prompted to enter your e-mail address for a Style Alert. This way you'll be notified via e-mail as soon as the item you want is back in stock! Please note: The e-mail notification option is style/color/size specific! If you attempt to order a black dress in size medium and it is out of stock, you can then be notified about the black dress in size medium. The website will not notify you if we receive a large in black or a small in red, for example; only the black dress in medium. So, be sure to fill out the form only for the style/color/size combo you want to buy.
A WORD ABOUT HOT TOPIC
99.9% of the time, we do not carry the Lip ServiceŽ brand products that we make for Hot Topic. These items are exclusive to Hot Topic and, although you may find similar styles on both websites, the HT items are NOT the same as the items you can buy here. If you see something at HT you want but they don't have it in your size, please contact them directly as we will not be able to help you with ordering these items.
PAYMENTS
For both website and phone orders, we accept only Visa and MasterCard as payment. Sorry, CASH, CHECKS, MONEY ORDERS and PAYPAL ARE NOT ACCEPTED! No exceptions.
PHONE ORDERS
We will accept phone orders between the hours of 9am and 4:30pm PST, Monday through Friday. We are closed on the weekends and no orders are processed or taken during this time. RUSH ORDERS
Please be aware that, though you may want or need something to ship the same day you order it, this may not be possible. We need time to process your order and prepare it to ship. We will do our best to process same-day requests we receive via phone before 12pm PST but cannot guarantee same-day shipping will be available in all cases.
PRESALE ORDERS
We now will accept advance orders for upcoming season styles. Please note that these differ from regular orders made on our website only in that billing will be processed when the styles you ordered are in stock and preparing to ship. Though we will attempt to contact you when your pre-order styles arrive, we will process billing automatically. Please plan on the total of your purchased items being billed by the estimated arrival date to avoid any problems or delays in processing your pre-sale order.
Please also note that the estimated delivery is a general time-frame of the completion of production. It is not meant as a guarantee of the availability, shipping, or receipt of these styles. The listing of a style as available for pre-sale order is not a guarantee of ultimate availability to ship. We will try to remove sold out styles as quickly as possible to avoid styles being over-sold and advise as quickly as possible that a pre-sale order cannot be completed. In cases where additional production is ordered, pre-order requests not fulfilled will be carried over unless cancelled by you.
When you place your presale order, you will prompted to choose whether you would like to receive your new styles as they arrive or as one complete order. This is because some seasons' styles may arrive as much as several months apart. If you would like your styles to ship as they arrive, and we can completely understand why you'd want them as quickly as possible, please understand that we may need to charge additional shipping from what is listed on your original order confirmation. If we ship your order as separate units, we will need to charge shipping based on each shipping unit. Please be prepared for these additional costs when ordering partial shipments so we can complete your order and get you in your new Lip Service styles as soon as possible.
MAIL ORDERS

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship to just about anywhere in the world except for a handful of countries listed on our SHIPPING RATES PAGE. We cannot make exceptions to this, so please do not ask. Additionally, before ordering please see our SHIPPING POLICIES page for information on international taxes and duties as this information is very important for all customers ordering from outside of the U.S.!!
International customers can also pay by Visa or MasterCard. International shipping costs vary by destination country and will be calculated at the time of checkout. Once you place your order, if you need to know what your total is in your currency, a good currency converter is located at http://www.xe.net/ucc/
All prices on our website are in U.S. Dollars. However, when the transaction record reaches your bank, they will automatically convert the amount of your total into your local currency. That amount and currency will show on your statement and will be deducted from your account.
